consideration of being permitted to participate in the
racing/cruising activities of the Squadron, and being
knowledgeable of the risks of sailing as a competitive
sport, I/We (all contestants including crew members
and guests) agree to hold harmless the Venice Sailing
Squadron, the race committees and the Officers from
any and all damages, losses, claims, suits, actions,
expenses or liabilities which directly or indirectly
arise from any participation in these racing/cruising
activities. I further understand that it is the sole
responsibility of the owner/skipper of the vessel to
decide whether or not to start or to continue any race,
cruise or other activity. |
